  • Spring Clean Your Self: 24th April to 8th May
    Pilot programme: £65 per person. (info/booking options)

    A two week rejuvenating nutrition plan to gently remove winter toxins and enable you to reclaim your vital energy. A gentle cleanse for people who want to carry on with their day to day life while focusing on their health, while receiving personal support from our Nutritionist, Eleanor Scott.
     
  • Reclaim Your Vitality: 19th June 
    Pilot workshop: £120 per person. (info/booking options)

    A one day workshop looking at simple and powerful changes you can make to your everyday eating habits to improve energy levels and maximise vitality.

    Join Eleanor Scott, our nutritionist and Stephen Yates, our life coach for a unique event combining expert nutritional knowledge with behaviour change techniques so you can make lasting changes to your health picture.

    A powerful and energy packed day with Stephen Yates and Helen Noakes, helping you identify and implement the first stages of whatever you want to change or achieve.
     
  • Bank Holiday Bliss Days 1st and 3rd May

    Tanya Goodman-Bailey and Jools Sampson will be working together to give you 1 to 3 hour packages of bliss including hot stone massage therapy, cranioscaral therapy, personalised yoga and pampering.

    A nurturing and supportive program, that will help you ease your way into winter.

    As winter draws near, the body begins to wind down. Shorter hours and colder temperatures take their toll on our energy levels. This is the time to ensure that the body has a good store of nutrients and essential fats. Hydration is also an important factor that is often overlooked during the winter months. Our program will educate and inspire you to look after yourself better so that you can see these seasons through with a smile.
