Winter Weekend Retreat:
The Cotswolds, UK 26 – 28 November 2010
Start winter the right way.

In need of a weekend of yoga, massage and delicious nourishing winter foods to prepare you for the winter?

Want to relax in a warm, cosy house and be looked after by a friendly team whose only aim is to make sure you have a wonderful time?

Then look no further - join us in the Cotswolds for our winter warmer weekend where we have a rich programme of classes and treatments created to keep your mind and body healthy through the cold months ahead.

Our Programme

Yoga
Unwind and strengthen your mind and body with daily Scaravelli classes with Helen Noakes in a beautiful warm yoga studio.

Scaravelli yoga is blissful... you work slowly and powerfully with focus to understand how to unwind the body and unravel tension. You'll be amazed that by following very simple techniques, how soft and graceful your body and mind can be.

Therapies
Our therapists will support your retreat journey with Chavutti (Indian foot pressure massage) deep tissue and hot stone massages and healing treatments.

Natural nutrition
Our nutritionist will nourish you with warming stress-free foods, run a workshop and provide recipes so you can continue to nourish yourself through the winter months. She’ll also offer to one to one sessions if you’d like to set some personal health goals.

Enjoy the beautiful Cotswolds
In between classes and treatments there will be plenty of time to relax in front of the fire or explore the 6 acres of private land and beautiful surrounding countryside. Our retreat venue, Holycombe, is set in a verdant wooded valley on the edge of a Cotswold village. It’s built in the grounds of a Norman Castle, and has a water-filled moat - a natural stream rises from a holy well in the nearby wood, passes though the grounds and down a waterfall. Across a meadow is the ancient Whichford wood with many rare species of trees and plants and wildlife abounds.
