of everything we do. The
planning and inspiration
that goes into creating
the perfect menu for each
of our events is unparalleled.
As we design a Reclaim Your
Self event, our nutritionists
take into account the time
of year, our location and
the available local produce
to create seasonally appropriate
menus using fresh, organic
ingredients.
On our retreats and yoga
holidays our menus are usually
gluten and sugar free, and
the food we serve is non-challenging
to the digestive system
to enable you to get the
best out of your classes
and treatments. We also
encourage clients to be
caffeine and alcohol free
while on retreat.
Each and every meal is a
delicious feast and our
nutritionists carefully
create menus that work with
the seasons. For instance,
when spring arrives the
body naturally wants to
eliminate stored toxins
which have built up over
the winter months, so we
serve you foods that encourage
the body to cleanse and
offer advice on naturopathic
cleansing techniques. In
winter the body is storing
energy and it needs sustaining
and warming foods - we would
never ask you to do a detox
in the winter, as this goes
against the natural process
of your body.
