Our office packages are practical, informative and aim to work at every level to help office workers manage stress and maintain a healthy, balanced approach to their work.

Based on the highly successful Reclaim Your Self retreat formula, we work by integrating healthy lifestyle activities, food and nutritional advice, stress relieving exercise classes, workshops and therapeutic massage. We put together creative and dynamic programmes where participants can discover simple techniques to drop habits that may keep them locked in stress.

We also provide a Reclaim Your Self At Work booklet with exercises, nutritional information and recipes, tips on work/life balance and managing stress so that staff can continue to use the tools we have given them.
